Bright Wire Rope EIPS IWRC - 6x19 Class - 5/16 (Lineal Foot)

Made of durable EIPS (Extra Improved Plowed Steel), this bright wire rope features an IWRC or Independent Wire Rope Core. The steel rope core helps add strength and durability to the 6x37 class wire rope by supporting the outer wires. The 6x37 class wire rope has many more wires per strand than the 6x19 so it is more flexible yet is less resistant to abrasion.

This strong fiber core wire rope is made of EIPS (Extra Improved Plowed Steel) and has a fiber core for added flexibility. The fiber core does not provide the support to the outer strands like an IWRC rope but adds flexibility to an already flexible 6x37 class wire rope. The extra wires per strand add that flexibility but also lessen its resistance to abrasion.
