Introducing Amana Tools 's carbon graphite and carbon fiber cutting solid carbide router bits designed to produce a minimum failure in composite materials such as layers separating and a significant loss of mechanical toughness. The rapidly growing use of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) necessitates tooling designed to effectively meet the challenges of such composites.
Our high performance solid carbide spirals are engineered to provide the finest finish cut possible. This design allows for rapid chip removal and a chip breaker for plunging capabilities. NOTE: Due to the fragile nature, solid carbide bits are NOT warranted against breakage. Because they push away from the shank, these are not recommended for use in a router table.
