Owner TwistLOCK Light Hooks were designed with the help of Gary Yamamoto to make them the ideal hook for rigging Senko-style baits and other thinner profile soft plastics. The open gap helps to have more positive hook sets. This particular model is a lighter version of the Owner TwistLOCK bass hook. With Owner's unique Centering-Pin Spring (CPS) attached to the eye, your baits can be permanently secured.

This unweighted version has all the features of the Weighted Beast less the weight. The unweighted version is ideal for lighter baits than do not need large amounts of weight to be swam. Due the XXX-strong wire and big gap angle there is a lot of steel in this hook which allows the hook alone to act as the weight on lighter baits. Clip-On weights can always be added to the shank to increase the hook's weight.

The Owner Weighted Twistlock with CPS Swimbait Hook employs the same hook as the 5132 Twistlock with a non-movable weight attached to the shank. Designed for both fresh and saltwater fishing. The hook's added weight helps to sink or swim the bait into the strike zone. The weight is positioned low on the shank to provide a keel effect so that baits rigged weedless-style will swim naturally (as opposed to rolling or flipping when weights are inserted inside soft baits).
