ISC Rigging Rope Wrench

The Rigging Rope Wrench allows the climber to control the load, from the treetop by adding aerial friction. The RRW (Rigging Rope Wrench) applies friction to a lowering line while anchored at the top of the tree. This means that not only is the device controllable from the ground, but the line can also be passed to the climber in the treetop, should they need to take control.

The NEW ISC 13mm-optimized Rope Wrench The new RP283 ISC Rope Wrench is a specialized device, which has been developed to achieve optimal friction performance on ½” (13mm) rope. The rope diameter range of the original Rope Wrench (RP280) is 11-13mm (7/16 - 1/2) rope. Feedback from climbers identified that the friction levels when using the RP280 Wrench on ropes of <13mm, were optimal, but that moving up to 13mm rope, introduced additional friction.
