PLEASE NOTE: This is only the hot end assembly and fan. You will need a heater, thermistor, Nozzle, Paste 24V fan is included by default. If you need a 12v fan instead. leave it in the comments at checkout. The Mosquito hot end uses the highest grade materials available, all engineered and built for performance here in the USA. Mosquito is built to accommodate standard 6 mm heater cartridges, 3 mm thermistors, and RepRap style nozzles (The same as E3D).

The CK tungsten stick out gauge helps the user set the correct tungsten tip length. Setting the correct tip length ensures a consistent quality to every weld. This gauge eliminates tungsten contamination by keeping the tungsten in the gas stream and prevents undue stress on the ceramic gas nozzle. The stick out gauge is used by loosening the knurled lock nut, then turning the threaded gauge to desired depth (1/16 increments).
